This style is made from a novelty quilted wool from designer, top quality, surplus fabrics. It’s a perfect fall early winter coat. It’s seamed at the waist for a flattering fit. The super wide collar can be worn as a high full funnel neck or pulled up into a hood. It's water repellent & is quilted with a light poly fill for warmth.
